  7. Place the patties and beaten eggs side by side…Heat a pan..put a blob of butter..when it melts take a Pattie,dip in the egg wash and put it in the pan.. repeat with a couple..
  8. Shallow fry the patties..till it browns both sides..Remove and place it on a kichen towel / tissue to drain excess fat.. Repeat with the remaining patties..
