- Prepare 1 cheddar/jack cheese

- Preheat oven to bake 350°F
- Locate large 6 cup, cup cake pan
- Cut up chicken into 1/2 inch cubes, cut up stalks of asparegus into 1/4 inch pcs. Crack all eggs into large dish, add broth, add parsley, and mix till eggs are consistant.
- In each cup cake spot in pan, layer evenly all of the chicken then all of the asparegus.
- Add 1/3 cup of the crumbs to the egg mixture, stir evenly. Then pour the mixture over the top of the chicken/asparegus so each cake is at the same level.
- Place in oven for one hour
- Remove pan from oven, place layer of cheese over the top of each cake. Place in oven five more minutes or until cheese is melted. Remove from oven, sprinkle remaining bread crumbs over top of cheese.
- Serve immediatly. dish cools quickly!
