- Get 250 gms boneless chicken
- Make ready 1 carrot
- Prepare 1 onion
- Get 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- Make ready 1 tbsp cheese spread
- Get to taste Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
- Prepare Aloo kebabs
- Take 4 potatoes
- Prepare 1/2 cup mixed mint & coriander leaves
- Get 2-3 green chillies
- Prepare to taste Salt & pepper
- Get 1 egg
- Get as needed Bread crumbs
- Get 2-3 drops Green colour
Instructions to make Indie Platter of Chatpate Aloo, Minty Aloo Kebabs & Chicken Mayo:
- Chatpate Aloo. Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera, garam masala, coriander, chilli paste, tandoori masala & salt. Mix all well for few seconds. Add chopped potatoes.
- Add 1/2 cup water & cook till it boils. Add colour & on slow flame let it cover & cook. When the potatoes start softening add jeera powder & tomato sauce. Mix well & cook till done. Last add coriander leaves.
- Chicken Mayo Salad. Boil chicken & shred. Add finely chopped onion & carrot. Add mayo, cheese & seasonings. Mix well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Aloo Kebabs. Boil & mashed potatoes. Grind mint, coriander & chillies without water & if required add very little. Add this paste to potatoes. Add salt & pepper & little coriander leaves.
- Give desired shape & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
- Beat egg well. To bread crumbs add few drops of green colour. Dip the patty in egg & roll in breadcrumbs & fry.
