  1. In a bowl take aata and salt. Gradually add water and make a soft dough. Keep aside.
  2. In a pan heat oil add cumin seeds and mustard seeds, saute for a minute. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook until raw smell goes away. Now add onion and saute till translucent.
  3. Now add all dry spices powder in it and saute well. Put all vegetables in it and cook on medium heat until all vegetables cooked perfectly. Now add boiled potatoes and mix well. Cook for few more minutes and turn off the gas. Keep aside.
  4. In a bowl take onion, vinegar and salt. Mix well and keep aside.
  5. Now make medium sized balls of dough and make chapati of it. Place this chapati on heated tawa and cook it on both sides. Spread ghee on both sides and cook it completely. Repeat the same process for remaining.
  6. Take a chapati, spread green chutney over it. Put sufficient amount of cooked veggies to one side of chapati. Spread some vinegar onions over the veggies. Begin to roll it tightly and serve.
