- Take 100 gms desicated coconut

Instructions to make Amrut Roll:
- Heat ghee in a pan roast rava on slow flame. Meanwhile, take sugar in another pan add the same quantity of water and make 1/2 taar chashni.
- Now add khoya and desiccated coconut in a rava stir well and mix properly add chashni and in rava mixture. Stir cont. And add cardamom powder. Mix well till mixture combine. And take 3/4 part mixture in a plate and 1/4part add saffron diluted in warm water. Let it cool.
- Now spread white part on a plastic and saffron part is on the white layer. Roll and coat with desiccated coconut. And set in a fridge for 1-2 hrs. And cut in equal parts. Yummy tasty Amrut roll is ready to serve.
