  5. Now fry eggs.. Sprinkle lil bit salt.. till light brown, keep aside.
  6. Now add remaining two tbs oil.. Heat, temper one Bay leaf, add onion, garlic, ginger paste, fry for two in high flame, add tomato paste.. Stir continuously.. B careful.. Should not burn.
  7. Add all dry spices except garam masala.. Fry till spices start to release oil.
  8. Add fried potatoes, mix well, add one glass water, do flame medium. Cook with lid till potatoes gets tender.
  9. Open the lid.. Add eggs, if u need more gravy add half cup water, cook for five-minute.
  10. Now off gas oven. Sprinkle garam masala, cover the lid. Keep it for five-minute.
  11. Open lid.. Sprinkle cilantro.
  12. Serve with hot steamed rice or bread.
