  2. Take 1/4 kilo squash

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Mince the garlic, chop the onions and ginger, wash the crabs, cut the string beans in 2 inch size, cut the squash into large cubes.
  2. Saute garlic, onion and ginger for about 2mins then add the crabs. Continue for 5 mins.
  3. Add the squash and saute for a minute. Put in half a cup of water and add salt and pepper
  4. Add the cup of coconut milk and finger chili then let it simmer for about 5 min in low heat or until the squash is soft.
  5. Add the string beans and let simmer until the string beans is cooked.
