- After 3 minutes check the potato if the bottom start browning then add cheese, tomato, green onion, and squice of half lime then cover again until the cheese melt (2 minutes)
- After the cheese melt then fold it and set a side and cut into 2 pieces. Then start to cook the egg for about 3-4 minutes.
- When the egg done then turn off the heat and season with salt and dried basil
