- Take 3 1/2 cups flour (maida)
- Take 2 tsp sugar
- Get 1 1/2 tsp salt

- Combine yeast,sugar & 1/4 cup lukewarm water. Keep aside for 10 to 15 mins
- Sift flour and salt together, add the yeast mixture and knead, adding water a little at time, till you use 1 cup of water
- Stretch and knead the dough till smooth. Cover with a samp cloth and keep in a warm place till it doubles in size
- Knock the dough and divide it into equal portions. Shape into smooth balls. Place the rolls on a greased baking tray, cover with a samp cloth and set aside for 15 mins or double in size
- Pre heat the oven to 190°c. Bake it for 25 to 30 mins or till golden brown and soft to touch. Remove from oven and brush with melted butter and transfer on a wire rack to cool
