Wrap the steak with heavy duty aluminum foil, and put aluminum foil on the around the steak and make sure you put enough so that the trash can will sit on the foil and the charcoal . Dump all the charcoal onto the lid of the trash can and start the charcoal. When your charcoal is starting to turn grey put the turkey on the steak and put the trash can over the turkey and put the charcoal around the trash can and on the stop. Cook for 2 1/2 hours.
