- (I used two 12" pans) heat at medium low, take out marinated chops, place them on pans for 15 min or until they have a nice brown sear (cover pans but not completely) turn for 15 more min. uncover for last 5 min and you're done
- for the rice; blend the cilantro, garlic, butter and olive oil with the amount of water you need for your rice, in this case it was about 2 1/2 cups (I used a rice cooker)
