- Peel the potatoes and cut them as you desire but they should be small

- Fry until soft add potatoes cook in low heat cover though dont forget to stir occasionally. Let it cook for 7 minutes
- Add diced tomato salt n black pepper. Let it cook until the tomato is soft. Cover your pan for good results. Here the potatoes should be done or nearly done.
- When tomatoes is well cooked add spinach stir and cover
- Let it cook for some time like 3 minutes add the egg stir and let it cook for 2 minutes then add dhania and 1 pilipili cover for a minute and serve while hot.
- You can eat with stew of your choice but i ate mine with a cup of tea..
