  6. Bake for 15 minutes and then reduce heat to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for an additional 50 to 55 minutes. Check with a toothpick, to make sure that it comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool on a rack for about 2 to 3 hours.

It's is the best pumpkin pie because it actually has a bit of spice in it. Other recipes taste like a big ball of sugar and cinnamon. I am making an all OUAC thanksgiving this year with your pumpkin pie, orange cranberry sauce, mustard/maple salad dressing, and sweet potato casserole.
