  5. Take equal portions of mix, roll and flaten to about 1/2 inch thick cookies.
  6. Once done, arrange cookies on a lined baking tray and bake at 180 deg for 10-12mins in pre-heated oven (at 200 deg for 20mins)
  7. Take out cookies and let them completely cool down. It is ready to be stored in air tight container. It stays good for over 15 days if stored in fridge.
